Liked: To sit down to breakfast on an open terrace overlooking the Magna valley is to enjoy one of life's great pleasures. The family run restaurant is another plus . Initially to thought I had made a ,mistake by booking this hotel as it is some 25 kilometres from Bergamo which was our original centre of thought. This has to rate as the mistake I ever made. Peace and quiet, plenty of wandering and a haven of friendliness. Brian Wright

Liked: It was my partner's birthday, and while we were out they put a bottle of spumanti on ice in our bedroom with a note to wish him happy birthday! This genorisity and good nature blessed our whole stay, I have never felt so well looked after in a hotel - it was bliss.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location with a wonderful view that beats the hustle and bustle of the city of Milan. The hotel hospitality was incredibly pleasant, which was very nice. Also, the main attractions to see are all close by making it easier to have a tranquil stay by night and a pleasant sight-seeing by day.

Liked: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and amenities are good. The restaurant is good value for money. We enjoyed our stay there. However, the place is actually quite difficult to find by car, and is several towns away from Bergamo.
