Liked: The staff were friendly and cheerful and so helpful. We were amazed and at the end of our stay, rather than allow us to go to the train station by taxi, the receptionist (Antonella) drove us in her own car.Six stars for hospitality snf full marks to all concerned.A VERY pleasant surprise.

Disliked: Catherine left no negative feedback.
