Liked: The location of this hostel near the trainstation was great for us since we were leaving early the next morning. Welcoming and friendly staff (though knowing some French of Italian would have helped us communicate with them better). They quickly responded via email when we needed to change our reservation.
Disliked: Location is about a 3km walk from "downtown" Assisi, but there is a walking path (about 4km) and several busses throughout the day. Also, the hostel does not have internet access.

Liked: Very clean and confortable rooms, park.
Disliked: no 24 hours reception, only one hour for breakfast, no internet acess, no keys for the guests.

Liked: It's just about walking distance from the train station, which is very useful if you arrive late, since there arent many buses or taxis later at night. Having TV in different european languages was also good.

Liked: This place was more like a hotel than a hostel. The rooms were beautiful, for something like it in the UK I would pay far more.
