Liked: it was great! the location is perfect! the beach is near and you can walk to the city center. the room was big and very clean and had an also very clean and comfortable bathroom. the personal was very friendly and helpful. in the end the breakfast buffet was very delicious and bigger than I expected! would immediately go back!

Liked: The Gordon Inn is well located if you want to stroll around central Tel Aviv, close to a lot of bars and restaurants. The atmosphere is very friendly, from the helpful staff and also the other guests, as there is truly a lovely atmosphere. In terms of value for money, there doesn't appear to be anywhere comparable in Tel Aviv.

Liked: The hostel has a good location close to Gordon Beach and 3 kilometers from Jaffa. The general services and facilities were also good. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Gordon Inn Guest House, for my opinion, is one the best hostels in central Tel Aviv. It is moderately cheap (though it's not cheap to stay in TA's hostels), ideally located, clean and the breakfast is wonderful. The staff was helpful and the lobby and balcony of Gordon Inn is the place where travellers can meet and talk for hours. Showers and toilet also seem to be clean. I stayed in double room which was nice, with the window. They change towels every day (not in all hostels they do!). All in all I enjoyed staying there. I don't know what is in summer, when it's hot, But in November I didn't feel inconvenient nor uncomfortable in Gordon Inn, and I can't say so about all Israel hostels!

Disliked: They offer a discount for next booking. But for some reason they didn't say that when I was checking out. Instead of that they sent me discount offer via email the day after. And I have already booked a hostel cheaper for the next week. ;(

Liked: Private rooms are nice and cosy, clean, they change the linen every day, breakfast is very good, location is fantastic, staff is cool

Disliked: Dorm rooms are too small for so many beds, no privacy at all, shared bathrooms are too small

Liked: Gordon Inn was central and close to the beach and shops. The staff was very nice and helpful. Got help with my heavy suitcase up to the third floor when I arrived, and they also wore it down for me. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Had a private room but shared bathroom and was very happy with it, then cleaning worked very well. New towels and cleaning of the room every day too.

Disliked: Wifi only works in the common room, and not in the rooms.

Liked: Very clean and good location to everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and the people who stayed there were really nice.

Disliked: The lock to our room didn't work, only one member from staff was friendly. The place lacked a bit of character

Liked: The staff were friendly when we arrived. Even though we booked 3 nights and told them we could only stay 2 nights, they were totally understandable and made the change for us without complaining. The Inn is 2 blocks from the best beach and 2 blocks the other way to Dizengoff center. Also just above a shop and across from a taxi office. So you can't really get a better location as a tourist in Tel Aviv. The place has aircon which is great!! Israeli summers are hot so A/C is a great plus...

Disliked: The rooms are pretty plain. Just white sheets, white walls, nothing really going on in the way of decor.

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good also with some typical israelian food, the location is great; in the centre not far from the beach, all the bars and restaurants...

Disliked: The hostel without the character. It was really expensive for what they are offering, but well that´s Tel Aviv. We booked a 7 bed dorm, and got a small room with 6 beds and 2 extra matresses squeezed in. The rooms didn´t look nice at all and our first impression was: the worst hostel ever... the matresses were disgusting, however the sheets clean. Also the girl at the reception desk wasn´t really friendly and she seemed troubled by the guests and her work there.... well the next day people there were nicer...

Liked: The location is excellent for beachgoing, shopping and eating out - a few minutes' walk from Gordon Beach and a ten-minute stroll to the centre of Tel Aviv. (If you want to see Jaffa, you might want to head further south). Breakfast is included, and a giant spread of breads, hummus, fried aubergine and an array of dips was a perfect way to start the day. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful - even the moody-looking man. Dorm beds have lockers below that you can secure with a padlock.

Disliked: The dorm smelt musty and the air-con was ineffectual (but no bugs in sight).

Liked: Great, nice and helpful stuff, big rooms, safety, verry clean and central location in Tel Aviv, just some steps to the beach and city center. It's one of the verry best hostels in Israel.

Disliked: I missed some juice nectars at the breakfast, this would be great in the high hot season to start well the day in Tel Aviv.

Liked: I really like their breakfast. The moment you see it you understand - it is real Israel. No ...ing croissants, a lot of vegetables, a lot of milk stuff ;)
