The Hotel has a very busy bar and nightclub which operates every weekend. As a result of this guests may experience noise late at night or into the early hours of the morning. This property might not be best option for families with children due to the nightclub noise.

About Barry's Hotel

Shortly after the 1916 rising one of Ireland's greatest patriots Michael Collins was surrounded by the British army, he shot at the British soldiers from a window above the hotel reception now room 1a.

Barry's Hotel is one of Dublin's oldest Hotels (built in the latter part of the Georgian Period) situated in the City Centre,3 mins walk to O'Connell St.

Barry's Hotel is within walking distance of the Abbey and Gate Theatres, National Wax Museum, Croke Park, principal shopping districts and major tourist attractions.

Barry's unique ambience and friendly service assures visitors whether on business or pleasure the warmest of welcomes and special attention.
