Liked: You get what you pay for! Great location but no toilet paper and not so clean. Fine if u need a room just to sleep since it has a/c!

Liked: Upon reaching Tugu station, I was approached by a native (his name was Indro), and he was kind enough to show me the way to the hotel. Had to zig zag through the back lane of houses/shops in between Malioboro and Soroswijayan. After 10 mins of walking, I reached the hotel and was given my room. The room was pretty decent (hot water, ceiling fan, double bed with window) as compared to the price. Indro brought me a map and promoted the places of interest around Jogja. Best thing about this place is that is near to amenities and places of attraction nearby (walking distance to Malioboro road, Kraton, Museum Senobudoyo, Jogja Monument, Vrunberg Fort). You can get lots of hawker food around the hotel. There's a pub nearby with nice local band jamming some reggae/ska/rock songs on Friday and weekend.If you are lucky enough, you may get to listen to the local people performing songs on Malioboro street too!! I've seen a few of them singing in the street (keroncong, indon folk songs). Pretty cool i say.

Liked: In item 4, I wish you separate 'facilities' and 'services' because these two factors may not be related. For example, I had all the expected facilities such as attached bath, hot water, air con, fan, and TV. But the service was bad, because the room was not cleaned during my 4-night stay. One example: After the first night, I kept the garbage can outside my room, it stayed there for 2 nights before it was cleaned.
