Liked: Very close to the shore line...nice beach strips in the resort. Helpful staff. Free transfer to other resorts of the group in case you need a change - of restaurant, beach, pool options.

Disliked: Location on the map here at hostelbookers.com is WRONG - that resort is on the opposite side of the island and transport there and back takes 60-90 min. In case you wanna go there do NOT book a ferry to the BBT ferrry terminal, but to the other one on the island.

Liked: The lunch and dinner meals were great the sister hotel agros has a pool and they have a free transfer

Liked: Our cabana was right on the beach front. Beautiful and scenic.. Had a lovely time looking out at the beach while enjoying our wine. The staff were very accomadating, helpful and friendly. The place was very clean, the food was delicous. We were able to catch the free shuttle service to Agro resort to utilise their pool and do water sports.

Disliked: They do not have free wifi in the resort. Agro resort has free wifi. They should have a bar area by the beach for guests to enjoy a couple of drinks by the beach and mingle with other guests.

Liked: Nice hotel for a gateway, worthy at a cheap price. You can request land transfer from and to BBT, it's convenient. We also took shuttle bus to agro, where more facilities and entertainments can be enjoyed. Staff are kind and helpful.

Disliked: Food is not good. No mangrove tour at night, we wanted to see the fireflies.

Liked: The rooms were spotless and quite large (deluxe double). The staff were super friendly and helpful. The shuttle is good to their sister resort - Agro, where's there's more on offer. The setting and views are spectacular. Some people have complained about the roads being bumpy from the ferry to the resort - they're fine, a bit windy maybe. They also complained about the food being expensive - it may be by Indonesian standards, but its definitely not by western standards, or compared to the resorts in the north. The Balinese massage was AMAZING!

Disliked: They need some hammocks and cushions on the deck chairs. The pool should be out the front, on the water (its at the back, across the road). Our room was across the room and a bit of a walk from reception, not good in the rain - we were moved on our last night which was nice. The food is a bit limited in choice. The shuttle could maybe run a bit more frequently.

Liked: Arrived late Friday evening and the staff were waiting for us. Food was still available until 11:00pm and we were most happy to hear that the bar was 24 hour! Our first night we got upgraded to a beach front room which was really nice to wake up to Saturday morning. I am a strict veggie and the chef went out of his way to ensure he cooked me up something that was totally safe to eat! We used the facilities at one of the siste hotels Agro, which was great....more lively than Cubana so it was good to have the choice of a remote hotel or something a bit busier with water sports etc. If we went back I would stay at either hotel as the free bus between the hotels onlt takes 10 minutes. Had a fab time and we will be back or sure :-)

Disliked: We didn't dislike anything, but just be aware this is not a party hotel and is designed for a chilled out break.

Liked: serene certainty! peaceful & quiet. clear sky...clear blue sea... all the rooms had sea view. the stuff were very friendly and helpful as well. the free shuttle bus service to their 2 sister resort is a plus point. sea sports can be found at Argo, their sister resort.

Disliked: hate to leave the lovely place. the place is a little far from terminal. about 50min car ride. roads are bumpy. for relaxing. do not expect much entertainment.

Liked: the place was great!!not alto to do at night time but the staff drove us down to thier other resorts down the road which was great!!they were so so nice iv never met people as nice as them!!it felt like we were in a hotel and not a hostel!!more people should go to this place!!!

Liked: Only the view and the quiet that makes it perfect for relaxing. But other than that, location is in the middle of no where, hotel staffs always try to take your money whenever they got chance, always try to bully you regarding transportation payment, it will be better if you rent your car from other place and stay here, so will not get any upsetting moments about car rental. As for me, it was very disappointing.

Liked: The Beach resort is realy a beach resort. Directly located at the wounderful beach. All the rooms have sea view, fantastic! Beautiful and quite, clear blue water. The best what you can get for this low amoubnt of money!

Liked: It was an absolute gorgeous view, and the rooms were quite large and very comfortable.. You stepped out of your room onto a patio which opened up to the water. There was not a lot of beach, but there was some. Food service was very very slow but the food itself was quite good; when you got it.Best $26 hostel there is out there.
