Liked: We stayed in this hotel only for one night(wanted to stay longer first). The little huds over the water are a nice idea, but they are really very basic equiped(sink, toilet and showed end directly in the sea). they have a shark pool which was quite interesting by first sight. The beach was ok, nice seashells. The next morning they helped us to find another hotel - there was a different person at the desk who somehow seemed to care about her guest-she was very helpful!

Disliked: We were the only customers for that night and around the hotel there is nothing to do if you don't have a car to drive around. The beach was ok, but there were peaces of oil on the ground that you could hardly remove from your feet. Moreover they do not provide internet and the staff in the afternoon hardly spoke English and did not make any efford to tell us what we could do at their place. Unfortunately they keep the sharks in the pool as well when the tide is low and there is not even enough water in the pool to cover the sharks-fins stay dry and they could not move anymore. The rooms are simple, and the extra bed provided consisted of a thin matrasse on the floor, the prize for this matrasse was half a room rent, although no breakfast was included. We found a much nicer hotel for the same prize...

Liked: go there for a chilled break - nice and relaxing - a rustic palce to get away to with great seafood and really good value for money

Liked: The design of the ocean huts out over the water is interesting. The beach is not worthwhile and they overcharged to take you anywhere else- like $60 singapore dollars to take us a kilometer away by boat to a decent beach. Also, their toilets and showers empty DIRECTLY into the ocean. I guess this may be the standard for Indonesian waste disposal, but we found it dismaying.

Liked: The Hostel looks nice and its fun to stay in such a small wooden cabin on the water. But the beach there is no real beach and they arranged a taxi for us from the ferry which, as we later realized was so expensive compared to what people at other hostels payed.

Liked: The food was absolutely amazing! You get a gourmet meal at fast food prices. If you do not stay here you should at least come to eat dinner here.
