The concept surrounds and permeates all aspect of the place, so that the layout and facility names, family life style service, food and beverages and additional programs all provide an Indonesian touch and named in Indonesian language.

The residence has adopted the heliconia as its emblem. More than 20 types of this flower and its relative the banana have been planted throughout the garden. Heliconia is reflecting a dream with the philosophy of beauty, colorful and elegance. Balinese sanctuary and lotus ponds further contribute to the lush exotic appeal of Abian Biu's surrounding.

During the day guests can enjoy the tranquility and cool breezes from the privacy of their balcony or terrace. While at night, the illumination of lanterns and candlelight creates a mood of romance and mystery.

For interested guests the residence can also arrange a wide variety of activities, from lessons and demonstrations in traditional forms of performance such as dancing and horse riding.

This room is overlooking the natural floating ponds and huge banana vegetation. This room offers teakwood, natural fabrics, and a collection of antiques. The bathroom is with a shower and some pebble stones for foot therapy.

** Graha Madya Atas / Deluxe **
The madya atas offer a spectacular view of rice field and vegetation surround and residence while sunrise would greet the guest with its warmth to start the perfect morning. The interior enriched with combination teakwood, natural fabrics and collection of Chinese painting. The bathroom has a shower and some pebbles stone for foot therapy.

** Graha Oetama / Suite **
The graha oetama offer a large living area, with perfect for a small family and group travelers completed with kitchenette. The interior enriched with combination of teakwood, natural fabrics, collections of antique and reproduction of old Javanese life and cultural portrait on the wall. The bathrooms with and open air shower and a large bathtub with separate dressing area.
