Liked: The place was a walking distance from kuta.....a 20 min walk probably but for sure your gonna enjoy walking along the street for you will find a lot of shop like rip curl, souvenirs, balinese massage, resto, warung's etc.....staff are nice they even help us book our tours when the tour company suddenly closed due to a ceremony (Galungan Day).....breakfast was nice with Mi Goreng, Noodle Soup, coffee/tea/orange juice etc.....they make you room clean all the time and thats really much appreciated. They check me in quickly and the amount paid stated on hostelbookers was really the right amount I paid.

Disliked: Would be much better if theres a coffee/tea facility in the room, wifi, at least 1 english channel for foreign travellers and most of all they should have paid attention on the replies of their guest my experienced is I've waited like 2 and half hours for them to pick me up at the airport for they told me that they don't have info about picking me up....but I e-mail them seriouly stating all my flights details (was really disappointed on that specially on my first time in bali) anyways when I give them a call they pick me up and was receive very nicely. All in all it's always like that theres ups and down.

Liked: Cosy room and hotel. Looks a bit worn out, but didn't bother us. Friendly staff.

Disliked: You get what you paid for.

Liked: Good air con

Disliked: Smelly bathroom, staff were pushy about tours, breakfast was average, pool was pretty lame, there are much better hotels around for that money.

Liked: Great location! Easy access to food and spa and beach.

Disliked: Our room's bathroom looks dirty and ill-maintained. Our refridgerator always leak water onto the floor. The public pool is dirty. The breakfast is ok. Staffs are friendly. Pillow no good, blanket not thick enough. The corridor lights sometimes not functioning.

Liked: A very nice place to stay in Bali. Beautiful quiet hotel, little bit more expensive than other similar places but you wonder helpful staff, garden, choice of breakfast, We definitely can recommend this place to stay in Kuta region

Liked: Friendly staff who are more than happy to go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable. Good location, within walking distance to the main area of kuta and about half an hour walk from kuta beach. Free pick up from the airport and a good breakfast!
