Liked: The pool is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

Disliked: A little expensive, but that is on a backpackers budget. The drinks are very small too!

Liked: The doors, the gardens and the rooms are veery beautiful and Balinese style.All the rooms have a small private area outside. It has a lovely pool and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a garden cottage on one of the nights and loved it.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Friendly staff nice surroundings. Neatly laid out.

Disliked: The distance from the beach. Not actually that far, however hostel bookers description of the distance was somewhat misleading.

Disliked: The curtains in our room where to short, so people could look in, als because the window was on a very open place.

Liked: Rooms are ok and there is a pool

Disliked: I had a very bad surprise at the end of our stay: the manager forced me to pay an extra 20 000 rupiahs because I booked through hostelbookers. She pretended the invoice was in dollars and she applied a crazy exchange rate. That is non sense because I paid in rupiahs and the balance to pay was clearly established on my invoice. At the end she was very rude, I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay in this place.

Liked: Close to the beach.

Disliked: The staff is very critical with the USD notes I brought. They won't accept it even if it is folded or 80% new. They should state that before, like "we only accept brand-new USD notes after 2006".

Liked: friendly and helpfull staff: rooms and bathroom clean and tidy, pleanty hot water. only used aircon acassionaly but it was quiet and controlable.:Nice pool for the kids: breakfast OK.

Disliked: Fan Room. lack of privacy as access was through the reception area. the rooms are a little small. and the walk to the beach is a little to far.

Liked: It is beautifull! Nice accomodation, big room and bathroom. Nice swimmingpool and a lot of plants, flowers... 7 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from really good restaurants proposing indonesian food. Nice staff really helpfull.

Liked: Staff we very friendly.

Disliked: Standard Asia guesthouse style but bit overpriced for what it is. Wifi didn't work during the night & there was no TV. Bathroom was very basic (i.e. shower was just a showerhead in the room). Door wouldn't be flush when shut so didn't feel 100% secure. Location ok but not beach side of the main road. Limited tables in restaurant and I waited an hour in the morning for a spare table.

Liked: The place is very quite and clean. The gardens surrounding the pool and cottages are lovely. I felt very safe there and would go back for a peaceful get away.

Disliked: I personally don't like the area of Sanur, it is really quite and super western, catering to mainly older travellers. But if you want super tame laid back touristt place to stay with lots of places to eat then it will be good for you.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Prima Cottages. Our room was lovely, really clean and spacious with nice bathroom and your own little patio area out the front. The staff there were really friendly the whole time we were there. The location was good being close to restaurants and the beach. There is also a really nice pool there and breakfast was really tasty :)

Disliked: we disliked nothing about the hostel and would recommend it to anyone... although we probably wouldn't stay in Sanure again.

Liked: Peaceful place to relax. Gamelanmusic at breakfast, pool, staff and garden: very nice! Good communication by email. They took us from airport, although our plane delayed.
