Liked: The pool

Disliked: Bathrooms are old, not mantained & dirty, air conditioning also broken. Very irrating parrot in a cage which squaked VERY loudly from 4.30am every morning. Expect to be tired! Breakfast not really much variety. Wifi didn't work.

Liked: There was free wifi. The swimming pool ws good after a day out in the humid weather. The free breakfast was nice and the variety was good. There was a fridge in our room which was good for keeping our water cool. The bed was huge!!! Staff were really friendly. Resteraunt was of a good price. The hotel is situated on one of Kuta's main streets and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Disliked: We could not get the free wifi in our room, only by the pool/resteraunt area. The staff were not very helpful with providing information about Bali, but this was not to hard to find out for yourself. The shower was not very powerful and I sometimes saw tiny bugs crawling in the bathroom but this was not much of a problem.

Liked: the staff were very friendly everyone always told me hi or good evening. the location is pretty good with cheap foods in the side street 2 mins walk away. the breakfast was also great.

Disliked: the rooms are run down and not sure how other hotels are but their water source is from a catch tank that might have things living in it. there was a bug larva coming out of the shower head when i showered freaked me out but after some research it is harmless.

Liked: Lovely pool area and gardens and rooms were very spacious. Air conditioning and breakfast included in price and food was of a good standard. Fridge in room was also handy.

Disliked: The room was quite dirty and the bathroom was particularly grubby. Wifi connection was difficult to obtain and only allows one person on per room at one time. Staff didn't speak good english and were not the most helpful as when we asked for things it took a long time to get resolved!

Liked: You do not have to visit any botanical garden if you stay in this garden hotel, it is beautifull! Great swimming pool, balcony, good breakfast included, room service and you have to try their one hour traditional balinese oil massage for around 4 euros :)Best hotel in Kuta!

Liked: nice garden, close to the beach and whatever you need

Disliked: the rooms were really bad, not hotel standard. bungalow feeling.

Liked: Everything! The rooms are set in lovely gardens with lots of character. The pool is great, there's free breakfast that's nice and the rooms are large and spotless. Clean towels every day and new bed sheets every other day. Would come back here again without a second thought.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: I had a very nice time a Mastapa the hotel location is perfect not far from the beach and just around the corner you have all sort of shops u need. The place is very safe, and i felt so comfortable there. The staff is very kind and helpful. The value for money is great. I would recommend this hotel.

Disliked: Bathroom needed to be cleaned a bit more maybe with Mould cleaner and disinfectant on the floors

Liked: The garden is good and the swimming pool too!

Disliked: We ask for a taxi to go to the airport, because we had the flight at 7.00am and they told us the it would cost about 50IDR, but then the took a street taxi and it was about 150IDR, because the hadn't any ready for us. We had to find by ourself another cheaper taxi.

Disliked: due to 1 way strret and location return to the hotel via taxi seemed costly cos had to go completley round the block to get to hotel especially to current road works and contruction work in bali

Liked: nice pool, friendly staff, the rooms are a bit old, but it was clean and everything worked fine. it was cheap for what we had, breakfast included. about 10mins walk to the beach..

Liked: Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! Centrally located, the most welcoming staff, fabulous pool, great breakfast, lovely big rooms with powerful A/C and a bath! Can't fault the place. Rooms cleaned every day and free wifi! The restauant serves lovely food and is cheap as chips. What more could anyone want! Those who moan and nit-pick about trivial things regarding this hotel need to get a grip! If you expect 5* standards then expect to pay 5* prices. It's the best value hotel in the the whole of Kuta!
