Liked: Free Wifi

Disliked: Located in a back alley, quite dark and not really safe to walk at night. Construction at the hotel, noisy. Unclean facilities, room was moldy and smelled very bad.

Liked: The pool area was great, the bedrooms were clean, and the restaurant served really good food at a cheap price.

Disliked: A little bit away from the main area, and there is better value for money accommodation up the road.

Liked: I only stayed for one night as I was then travelling out of Bali the next day so didn't get to experience the hotel properly but from what I did see it was fine. The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was basic - but for what I paid it is what I expected. The location was close to restaurants and such but you do have to walk down a dark alleyway to get to the main road (I didn't experience any trouble but still a bit scary). The pool looked lovely - unfortunately I didn't get to use it as left early in the morning but the staff were very accommodating with me leaving early and even offered to have breakfast ready for me before I left even though this was before the restaurant opened.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: It is in a very convenient location, 5minutes walk to the beach and just around the corner from Legian Street, the right place to stay if you enjoy being with lots of people. It is one of the cheapest deals I ever had, upon check-in the friendly staff served me a delicious drink and I was shown my room with balcony and view over Kuta. The staff are very helpful and friendly and organised an all day tour WITH OWN DRIVER for only A$40 which has been a memorable experience. I loved lazing at the pool and then going shopping 5 minutes later. The large supermarket CARREFOUR is only about 15minutes walking with very cheap deals for food and drinks.

Disliked: The free breakfast is a bit tardy, there could be a little bit more, really.

Liked: free wifi, air conditioner, hot showers

Disliked: families with kids screaming all day from early morning till late night (more annoying than the construction works), lots of mosquitos in the bathroom, dark room because of a very small window, last renovation must be a long time ago

Liked: nothing!

Disliked: not realy clean, they change alot of time the personal and some of them are really rude, to warm my advise is if ur going to stay there anyway just book for 3-5 days the time to find better place theres alot of hotels arround.

Liked: Pool, Bar, Pool Table, Easy to organise travel to airport at a fair price.

Disliked: Mosquitos in room. We told the staff and they gave us mosquito coils but the mosquito problem was so bad that it didn't stop them. Place is a bit old and run down.

Liked: Location was O.K. - only a short walk from the beach.

Disliked: My room was on the construction site of the hostel. The builders started their work after 6am on top of my room and next door. The room was like a dungeon. Dark and smelly. Bedlinen were yellow, the towel was dirty. The fan was ridiculously loud and annoying. The room was tiny and absolutely not worth the money we were paying for - you could get a really nice room for the same amount of money from a nearby hostel where I decided to move to after 2 nights. Breakfast here was not very nice either - toast and bad coffee or tea that tasted like water.

Liked: They have swimming pool, the fountains are broken, the cushions are in bad conditions, there is just one umbrella, and the water smells, but it's still a swimming pool. Breakfast is included.

Disliked: I have been to many hostels all over the world, this is a hostel trying to be a hotel what makes them be either of them. Windows have no net, can't be closed and the biggest flying cockroaches went inside the room everynight and so did the Mosquitos. Acces to Internet is limited to one person per room. The common area was too uncomfortable and you never feel good being there, just for Internet and leave. We checked out earlier even when they charged us 2 nights because we were feeling depressed in that hotel. They promote free pick up and one free meal for more than 7 nights stay, we never got that.

Disliked: couldn't book as single occupancy. Had to pay for two people!!

Liked: I was satisfy of this guesthouse, it is a good place to be in Legian-Kuta near almost everything...good service!

Liked: The staff were friendly. The fact the hotel is large and accepts guests late at night / early in the morning.

Disliked: Rooms were dingy and grubby. Expensive. Mosquito colonies. Building site. Early morning awakening from the building work. No response to e-mail correspondence.
