Liked: The location was convenient - alongside Dal lake. There was also 24 hours hot water and an electric blanket that could keep you warm. However, the hotel staff insisted that I plug out power to the electric blanket when I sleep.
Disliked: Cleaniless - the floor was carpeted but it looked dustry. The toilet seat was broken and when I took a closer look, there was a layer of dust on it. Possibly due to the ongoing renovations going on next door.

Liked: The rooms were large, clean, and well-appointed. The location was in a quite residential area yet close to the center of town. Most importantly, the staff was very attentive and helpful. The manager and his employees went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
