Liked: THe staff is amazingly nice and friendly. Our flight was more than 24hrs late. They were supposed to wait for us at the airport. THey never complained for our delay and for moving the schedule. Moreover, they never charged us for the first night since we were 24hrs later due to flight delay. When we reached Delhi, were held for 4 hrs at the airport and they were outside waiting for us patiently till 4 AM. I was so happy to see them waiting. Big plus, they have free WiFi

Disliked: A bit shabby, but it's typical Indian style hotel and rooms.

Liked: I was shocked the moment i arrived in delhi . as it was my first time in india .. however as soon i reached hotel .. I have warm welcome by the hotel staff they offered me drinks as I got so confused seeing so many people at the Airport .. they made me feel so relax & they provided me with so much of useful information which helped me a lot for my onward jouney.Hotel staff was decent, on top of that the rooms were so neat & clean had nice hot shower.. So i would definatly come back to this place & would surely recommend to all my friends .Thanks a lot for such a lovely stay.

Liked: Well, as Yes Boss doesn't actually exist, i'll rate the Hindusan..... which is where they take everyone that books Yes Boss. It's horrid! But for the money - you get about the same wherever you go in this area. If you can bear the Hindustan then only book one night on here - you can get the price of the room down to half the price they are charging their online bookers.

Disliked: The Hindustan is dirty - dirty sheets, floors, bathrooms and reception area. The service was terrible too: we had Taxi drivers knocking on our door at 9 am because we said we 'might take a tour whilst in Delhi' to the manager and the room service staff tried to over charge us for food and drinks each time! This place it truly terrible!

Liked: Place is cosy and everything works well. As a person who travels a lot, I really appreciate when I find a hostel where I can go back without worries and be sure to feel Im welcome.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: First of all, we landed and our airport pick up was not friendly at all, pretending to not understand english unless he really needed to....and he got us to the wrong hotel. We got there and the guy from yes Boss was there, telling us that a guy did not leave his room so he will put us in this room at New Hindustan and that New Hindustan was better than Yes Boss anyway. So if the place we were is better than Yes Boss, please don't go there. At the place we were, there was urine on the toilet seat. The smell was terrible and it did not look like the hotel was taken care of. Then in the morning we did not want to stay another night so...we asked for a taxi, which they never called, they were really rude and unfriendly but then they asked us not to write a bad review....oh well sorry but I have to do it for my fellow travelers!

Liked: Perfect place to stay. VERYYY clean, with really cool staff that help you all the time. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. I really recommend it. And you can go sightseeing with private cars with affordable price. Just an advice: don`t go to Agra with trains,,,,, I did it and was not as good as it would be with a private car!

Liked: The location - Paharganj is ok. You can see the real life there.

Disliked: As we came, we were told our room is not ready, although they knew before when we come and that we need to have the room ready due to other programe circumstances. They moved us to their other hotel nearby called Hindustan. We stayed in India two weeks and we have slept in an accomodation for 300 Rs. for 3 people a night - this was for 1.400 Rs. and the quality was not worth the money.

Liked: I have stayed in many Hostel in my life but this is one of the best of them as it was my first time in India & it is really difficult to travel in india unless you don't have a complete information but this is place which provide with you will all the relevant information
