More run down than pics suggest, and location is pretty unsafe, esp as single female traveller

Grand Peepal is conveniently located in the heart of the premium business, economic, financial and shopping district of New Delhi.
The Central Government offices, International Trade Fair Ground, Pragati Maidan, Diplomatic Enclave, Embassies and High Commissions, Connaught Place, Parliament House, President's Estate, State Emporiums and the Railway Station are all located within a 5km radius of the hotel. The international airport is an 18km drive, while the domestic airport is 14km away.
Location Information
Grand Peepal is ideally located in the Karol Bagh and very well approachable from the main Pusa Road. Karol Bagh is one of the biggest retail markets in Delhi, and convenient for tourists with glittering shopping malls and avenues.
