Liked: kindness of the people working there.

Disliked: they have no internet or call centre in the hotel but there''s a close internet centre round the corner.

Liked: In all fairness the hotel is in an okay location (if you don't mind walking over rubbish to get into the street), and the lobby looks nice. Beyond that this is not a good place to stay.They didn't have our booking and so the 10% deposit was wasted.Their prices for taxis are 5 times the cost if you organise it yourself.Finally, there are signs in english about keeping the noise level down, but no signs in hindi. Every morning men shout out, children cried and loud conversation, t.v's etc made sure we couldn't sleep past 7. this wasn't foriegn tourists but local tourists, who don't seem to have to keep the same rules.There are better places to stay - don't bothert with this one.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
