Liked: The staff were friendly, they organised an airport drop-off for us. It was clean and good value for money.

Disliked: It pretty much ticked all the boxes for me, cannot find any faults.

Disliked: we arrived early in the morning (6am) so there was no room in the price range we booked ready (normal check-out and check-in was at 10am - 12am). we booked a private double ensuite for 850 INR for 2 persons and were now offered a room for 1200 INR that was already cleaned... we took it since we were very tired from the flight etc. In the end this was a bad decision, cause the room was not worth the money. "cleaned" is something different! the room and furniture was old, it was very noisy and there was no hot water, even after asking and complaining twice... I haven't seen other rooms of the hotel, but I somehow have the feeling that this was just the room we were going to get for 850 INR and the stuff just wanted to make some extra money. So learn from our mistake and do not fall for the same trick!! Location of the hotel isn't that great either. As isn't the food... All in all I would not recommend this hotel! There has to be better in Delhi.

Liked: Cheap; had hot water, airco, TV, restaurant un the roof.

Disliked: Rooms could have been cleaner, noisy, location is bad.

Disliked: everything!! teh staff is rude, the restaurant is rubish, the rooms are dirty. Is a nightmare

Liked: price and location, well basically everything - it just takes some time to adjust to local nuances. unfinished facade wasa highlight ;)

Disliked: construction works that were going on in nearby made some noise but overall it didn't impact overall experience.

Liked: Helpful and pleasant staff, Airport pick up. Internet available. Food could be ordered and delivered to the room.

Disliked: Room was cold and darkish. In summer would want windows that opened, I suppose - they were blocked closed,. Unfortunately the 'roof terrace didn't materialise as building work was going on, so didn't meet any other travellers.

Liked: Location - within walking distance of New Delhi station and main bazaar in Paharganj

Disliked: Noise - there was non stop noise during our stay (building work, dogs, very loud conversations) Bring earplugs and you'll be fine

Disliked: room was sold at 1600 rupies, if you came there without a reservation, you would have paid no more than 800. not clean at all.

Liked: Good location. Not very expensive. Good AC system. Rooftop bar with cold beer!

Disliked: Not very clean, moldy rooms with no windows.

Liked: The hotel itself was fine, clean enough and with a good range of food to choose from. The staff are very helpful. It was about a 15minute walk to the main bezar though and there are plenty of places to stay there on a budget and you will probably meet a lot more travelers.

Liked: This Hotel is a few minutes walk from New Delhi train station so a great place to crash if you're heading off to other parts of India. The rooms were basic, clean and there was hot water on request (a rarity in India). The reception staff were extremely helpful and also sorted out pick and drop offs at the airport with our ripping you off! The roof top restaurant seels basic India food at a resonable price.

Disliked: I think this place would be slightly difficult to find if you were on foot as it is tucked down a little alley way. However all the tuktuk or Taxi drivers seemed to know where it was!

Disliked: The pressure to buy tours and tickets was not fun at all. Instead of 3, we stayed just one day.

Liked: The accommodation was always ready to accomodate for our needs 24/7. They were very helpful. Rooms were good and value for money.

Disliked: There were not enough plugs for me and my colleague to use our laptops along with the other electrical devices because there were only two plugs and one of them was for the AC!

Liked: Nice and clean, good location and good restaurant. However they charged us 10% tax on top of the Hostelbookers quote. We had a train to catch so didn't have time to argue.

Liked: It was the first place that we stayed in India and it was quite OK. Rooms are small and basic but reasonably clean. The restaurant was a bit dirty and looks neglected but the food was very delicious.

Liked: The room and bed linen were clean and it felt safe as there was a bolt on the inside of the door. It was cold at night (end of December) as the room opened practically onto the street and there was a window going right to the outside in the bathroom so I had to wrap up warm in addition to the blanket provided.The hot water was temperamental- I got some once in 3 days but as it was a decent amount and the hotel staff put a lo of effort into making it work for me I was very grateful for it. It was a noisy location but this is probably the case most places in Delhi.The staff were quite helpful on the whole.
