Liked: You cant get more central to the old city than Tara Palace. Fairly quiet considering the location. THe staff were very helpful in organising transport and advising us.

Disliked: Timothy left no negative feedback.

Liked: Clean room, big room, good front desk service, consistent electricity, close to Chandani Chawk Market.

Disliked: beds were cots, not proper mattress in a frame. furniture in the room was plastic chair and a plastic table with an old 13" tv in it, location was within an alley so felt a little unsafe walking at night. Not recommended for a female traveler on her own.

Liked: nice hostel, close to the taj mahal, rooms are clean.

Disliked: relatively noisy hotel.

Liked: After the terrible impression the alley gives where the hotel is in, the hotel itself is alright.

Disliked: The area around the hotel is more or less a slum area. The pictures which are on the internet site are NOT from the hotel itself!! The internet site gives a complete wrong impression.

Liked: Good clean rooms - clean bathrooms, safe in reception, central location in Old Delhi right opposite Red Fort.

Disliked: Didnt dislike anything - but travellers should be aware that it is Old Delhi and there is a lot of poverty in this area. Once inside the hotel though you are far removed from it and it was quiet.

Disliked: 10% service charge on everything. Location is down an alley off the market. Close to all tourist attractions though.

Liked: clean and nice rooms, heater provided in winter, location is close to fort

Disliked: area around the hotel is very dirty and run-down, not a perfect location for people who stay in india for the first time, but reasonable for someone who knows the country already. travel services (day trips, etc.) or other additional services (e.g. taxi to airport) are extremely overpriced and on our last day of the stay we suddenly had to pay a service charge in their restaurant (but none the previous two days)

Liked: Excellent location - straight out into the heart of the old city and very near the Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. Helpful staff and the pick-up was fine. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. A good start and finish to the holiday. Good value for the inner city.

Liked: Flawless service. Immaculate rooms. All staff very well trained. You won't find a better hotel in this area of Delhi - you get 5-star service.

Disliked: Entrance of property is through an alley way off the main street which can be a bit unsettling when arriving in the middle of the night.

Liked: staff is really friendly and service is excellent. You can trust the travel agency to plan your trips effectively too. we missed a flight and everything was fixed in a jiffy by the agency which makes our india trip awesome :)

Liked: Good AC, very clean and walking distance of good sites. Also very helpful staff and really good food especially the free breakfast.

Disliked: It is very close to a garbage dump so the smell when you step outside is not pleasant. Also free airport pick up involved 6 people in a tiny car (1 on the gear stick).

Disliked: in an area with alot of poverty and hassle. The entrace is quite daunting, it is down an alley with people sleeping in and rats running past.
