Liked: The place is cannot be compared with US standards and does.tKe some getting used to. But service is top notch. An army of gentle men waiting to serve your every whim with great formality and friendliness. Front desk staff, Dipti, is wonder woman who can and will do a billion things to make sure your wishes are met, your stay is comfortable and you are happy.
Disliked: Location is far from Colaba and Walkeshwar where I wanted to visit. It ended up costing me more in transportation but cost of hotel offsets the extra expenses.
