Liked: Despite my poor ratings, I would recommend this hotel to others simply because the choices are so limited in Mumbai. Hotel prices are OUTRAGEOUS in Mumbai, and the disparity between rich and poor is troubling. My room was quite literally a box, very claustrophobic. I tried for four days to update to a balcony room for more money, but the front desk staff could not get their act together enough to accomplish that. Apparently the only way to upgrade is to check out and then make reservations again online. It was very frustrating. The employees seem genuinely put out when you ask any type of questions.

Liked: Not in Coloba, so it was a good place to explore the markets and the area around VT. The room was large and clean, everything worked and the staff were helpfull.
