Liked: Hotel Manglam was my refuge from the chaos of Lucknow streets - and for that purpose, it was perfect. The room service was great and the staff were friendly (the slight language barrier didn't hinder this).
Disliked: The hotel was a bit pricey, especially since the water wasn't quite 'hot', and the internet connection was a little shaky.

Liked: For regular travellers who usually have a budget I don't recommend this place because there are more better places (in terms of price and service) in Lonely Planet.For top end travellers I recommend you go to real top end places such as La Place Park... Not this place either...
Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
