Overview

Vembanad Bungalow is an exotic haven of tranquility in the beautiful creek of Kumarakam Lake. Spread across 2 acres, the ambience here is typically Keralite and facilitated with every modern convenience.

The main speciality of our bungalow is a private lake frontage of 150 metres and the property is situated in a palantation with papaya, jack fruits, mangoes, arakanut, coconut,pepper, papaya and lemons.

The breath taking landscape with lush and verdant coconut palm and farms provide an idyllic milieu for physical and spiritual rejuvenation. The only thing the setting lacks is the din and dust of metro cities.The main speciality is that you can enjoy your stay in the caring of a Kerala family but not affecting your privacy.

The property houses a 150 year old heritage house. With two independent A/c bed rooms, exotic bathrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, complete with a verandah, a private sit out facing the Vemband lake and pathiramanal Island and an enchanting view of the Vembanad Lake creates a wondrous and magical mood.

An array of ethnic delicacies like Kerala sadya, Malabar fish curry, karimeen pollichathu, Kuttanadu duck curry- appam provide a unique dining experience.

If cancelled 15 days before arrival is free of charge. If cancelled between 15 and 2 days before arrival, 50% will be charged. If cancelled between 2 days and 24 hours, 75% will be charged. If cancelled 24 hours before the arrival or on the same day, the full amount will be charged, as well as for "no shows".
