Cancellation policy:
a) Cancellation whatsoever should be communicated through mail in writing asking for confirmation for the same at least 24 hrs prior to arrival.
b) Cancellations will not be upheld on reasons which are beyond the hotels control (natural calamity, political unrest, flight cancellations, strikes, hartals, bandhs etc).
