Liked: It's close to the airport.
Disliked: Room, including the carpet, is not clean. Hot water available only on request, after a long wait. The water coming out of the bathroom faucet is as thin as a squirrel's piddle. Not much information and material available about places to go and things to see in the city.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Dirty room, dirt and stains on pillow and sheets, no hot water, no mattress on bed, bathroom filthy. Maybe this is common in India, not sure yet but for over 20 U.S a night I expected better!!!

Liked: The staff were great! We enjoyed our time at North Star. You get what you pay for, and if we could have would of stayed longer.

Liked: The reception appeared clean
Disliked: the level of cleanliness, the state of the floor covering, furniture and equiptment in the room. the bathroom was very poorly maintained and cleaned- if ever. As a single female traveller #I was not alloowed to use the resturant/bar. I had to eat in my room which was very gubby

Liked: The staff were very helpful in getting laundry etc., done.
Disliked: It wasn't very woman friendly, however, that doesn't men they were hostile.

Liked: Cover sheets and blanket provided.
Disliked: There was a mouse and mosquitos in the room. Reception desk staff not very friendly. Carpet dusty and very very old.

Liked: The Hotel staff was VERY helpfull and friendly. Rooms are basic but above the usual. The bar and restaurant in the hotel was really good and friendly.
