Liked: Piping hot shower, very clean, comfortable beds, decent restaurant, very helpful staff, good location. Booked camel safari through the hotel and it lived up to expectations.

Disliked: Their camelsafari was really boring. Try to find another one who shows you more spots and with a guide who can tell some history or something about the villages...

Liked: I had a wonderful stay in Jaisalmer, made all the better by Sunny and his wonderful crew. They are very kind and accommodating and will go out of their way to assist you in anyway they can. As a solo female traveller I was made to feel very safe and secure. Until next time, I wish them well :)

Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly;. They helped us book our safari, train tickets and were very honest about everything..The wifi in the rooms is brilliant; the restaurant above was reasonably priced and had a great social atmosphere; and there was no pressure at all to do their camel safaris, however after doing our own research we decided to do our safari with them. The price was fair and we really enjoyed the trip. The guides were friendly and funny and sleeping under the stars in the sand dunes was grethe wifiat fun! after the tour we were able to use one of the rooms for a couple of hours to the toilet and use have shower and rest which was also very kind of the staff. Loved the place and would highly recommend it. Oh an free pickup from the bus stop was great too!

Disliked: Having to pay for the wifi was a bit of a shame however after discussing this with the owners it was understandable and still not too expensive, and it worked in the rooms.

Liked: The roof top restaurant and the staff, although they did get our order slightly wrong a few times.

Liked: Great location within easy walking distance of the fort, and the main streets and lots of restaurants in Jaisalmer. The manager and staff were really friendly and helpful - with a free pick-up from the station and a map of the city on arrival. They also organise camel trips to the desert and gave us the details of these without being at all pushy about selling them - good price as well, compared to other tour operators we checked.

Disliked: As it was low season the restaurant was closed - but we were still able to sit up on the rooftop and read, admiring the view of the fort.

Liked: Our room was spacious and clean, good value for money!

Disliked: Our room was facing the road, so at times it was difficult to get to sleep because of the noise.

Liked: very clean room, with toilet paper, bed sheets and towels given along with blankets for cold nights and reliable hot water between the given times. Short walk to the main atractions and a useful map given and no need to take rickshaws. Safari was good. Staff are nice and friendly, I would recommend for this area. Very low hassle hostle.

Disliked: The resturant could be improved, for example there is an 11pm curfew, but the staff in the resturant close it around 10pm so it's difficult to socialise. There were also a few hidden costs on the half day safari for entrance fees. Also got a bit hasseled on the safari by beggars. Heard the 2 day one is less touristy. Overall the experience was very good though!

Liked: Sunny and the team were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Hotel has good camel safaris, nice roof top bar and good food. As we were there in winter the hot water shower was much appreciated!

Disliked: Cow outside our window making noises at silly hours was a bit annoying but that could have happened at any hotel in town!

Liked: We arranged our Camel Trek into the desert with the hotel, got a good deal and had a very enjoyable night in the dessert.

Liked: Pretty quiet, good a/c in our room, nice view of fort from restaurant, friendly, un-pushy staff. No frills but decent value for money.

Disliked: Get an en-suite as the communal toilet leaves little to the imagination. 9am check out is pretty early.

Liked: Lovely peacful yet convenient location to see all the sights. Excellent atomosphere at the roof-top cafe and staff were so friendly and helpful. I did a camel safari through them and it was so good- really off the tourist track. A great place to meet other travellers and the rooms are a good size and clean. Would definately recommend. I had a great time here.

Liked: Hotel Renuka were very helpful with organising bus tickets and camel safaris. The food served at the roof top restaurant was delicious and all staff members were friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hot water for the showers was a nice bonus!
