Liked: Lovely pool area. Friendly staff who are all very helpful. Nice restaurant.

Disliked: 10% service charge on everything, even the water.

Liked: friendly people on staff and the owners, nice atmosphere, food in restaurant wat simple but very good. Keep in mind that the hotel is located in a very small village. Within walking distance there is the beach (15 mins) ca 4 restaurants, 2 shops and a busstop (10 mins). That's all. The center of Cavelossim beach is about 45 mins walking, or you can take the bus.

Disliked: the mattrasses are a little thin

Liked: The property is not close to one main road. It is at the same time good point and the bad point. It is really quite and peaceful but not easy to find. We can go walking to beach, 15min.

Disliked: The rooms are really simple, not a lot of furnitures but compare to the rest of India. It is a least proper and well maintain.

Liked: The peacefulness and quiet. No music around the pool.

Disliked: Rather a long walk to the beach BUT so worth it as the hotel is located away from everything thus ensuring a very peaceful stay.

Liked: Its location, The friendliness of the staff and indeed other guests. The staff are very, very helpful. Serafino & Purie the hotel owners are brilliant at their work making all guest feel very much at home..

Liked: Staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall I would rate this hotel as average.

Disliked: Location is far away from the best attraction places in Goa, rooms are OK, but not very clean.

Liked: The hotel lies very far apart. To the beach there is 15 minutes footpath. To the next place there is 45 minutes footpath. The restaurant is somewhat expensive. It is well however not very good. In the Naehe are there however good and cheap restaurants. The pool and the Srand are fantastic. Who loves the peace, is here well waived.

Liked: Hygiene standards were exceptionally high. Hostel, pool and gardens were maintained to a high standard. I have already recommended this hostel to other people wishing to stay in South Goa. The surrounding area is beautiful a must to visit

Liked: A little away from all fuzz and buzz suited us perfectly. This place is not for those, who like to be in the middle of the party zone. Good restaurant. Absolutely charming hosts. Definately a "come back again" -place for us. Good services and not too far away from beach - 10 min by foot.
