Liked: There was a nice dog out front

Disliked: Their menu said that food was served till 11.30pm, but when we asked they said that it stoped at 10.30. When we showed the menu, the guy pointed at 11.30 and said 'see 10.30'. This was extremely annoying to hungry travellers. When we then said it was only 10.15, he said no food and walked away. Our sheets were clean and freshly pressed, but then they had some boot prints on them. They didnt seem to have any idea we were coming, how much deposit we had paid or anything. I have found simliar situations in hotels in India, and will not bother booking online again. It seems you get a lot worse of a deal. The location is poor, not only is it far from the airport, bus station and train station, you cant actualy drive to the hotel, or get a tuc tuc. You have to walk the last 5 mins, accross rickety planks as the roads in the sai colony are still under construction. This is not the hotels fault, but it is also annoying. There was no hot water also.

Liked: The beds had nice white clean sheets (2) and the bathroom had hot water.

Disliked: It was out in the middle of no where and cost a fortune to get there, and get away. No longer an airport hotel play. It has lost it's market, flying at half mast, and becoming a mens hotel out of desperation.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and the restaurant is very good! Rooms are clean and quite comfortable.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
