Liked: Free use of internet and vegetarian restaurant. Travel booking service was efficient and helpful.
Disliked: They didn't have my booking details upon arrival so this took a bit of time to sort out. When they delivered the room service they knocked the door then walked straight in! They tried to do this again later that evening but i had locked the door and bolted it from the inside. At around 10 I ordered a glass of hot water and went to bed soon after it arrived. At 12:30am they rang me, which woke me up, muttering something about the hot water. 2 mins later there was knocking at my door and trying to open it! I didn't answer and they went away. Felt quite unsafe after that even tho the door was bolted on the inside. Not what you need, girl travelling on your own.
