Liked: the rooms are beautiful, the beds are great, its secure and very modern

Disliked: it was terribly loud, we could not sleep the whole night, as the hotel is situated at the main road in amritsar, the whole day busses, cars, motorbikes etc. are passing buy and making constant noise. the hotel itself is great, but the noise is a knock out criteria, the staff is not helpful at all, there are no maps available, no recommendations for nothing and they rip you off for any kind of transport you might want to book

Liked: I liked the barista cafe inside & the location

Disliked: Once arrived at the hotel, our room wasnt ready until 4 hours later. The hotel is very pricey compared with the facilities and the value

Liked: The location is perfect, near to the golden temple, and is one hotel with look as a real hotel.

Disliked: Internet wasn´t free, and for the money of the room and the price of internet in India, that is really cheap, should be for free.

Liked: The Location is excellent.. right next to the Golden Temple and Jallianwalan Bagh.

Disliked: The rooms up front can get a little noisy early in the morning with the main road right in front of the hotel. But then you cant have location and seclusion at the same time !

Liked: Be aware while checking out, they will charge you the 10% depossit twice and make an additional tip for them selves. No friendly staff, but top location and chique rooms

Liked: This place was a clean and professional establishment. The front desk people were helpful and kind. The room was as advertised on the Hostel Bookers website. The hotel helped us arrange a taxi as well as opened the breakfast restaurant up a bit early to accommodate us on our early departure. It is a good place for its cost.

Liked: It was very good. Close to the Golden Temple. In a busy area but still quiet when you are in your room. The restaurant was not the best but there are plenty to choose from just a cycle rickshaw journey away!

Liked: very clean, very attractive, very good location, right near the golden palace.I highly recommend this place, some staff are quite snobby and take tip without asking, if possible arrange small trips around/ away from amritsar on own, they will charge double the standard price.Still, a very comfortable place to stay

Liked: Very nice room and bathroom, but it is in a very noisy location. I had to ask for a towel, and there was no toilet paper. Bedspread was badly stained. Very little tourist info available, and transport organised by the hotel was very expensive.
