Disliked: Staff very rude, asking us to pay the room since we enter the entrance door still with our bags! They never reply hello and there is always some strange guys in the loby that stares at you when you passes in front to exit or enter the hotel... WIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Room was dirty, sheets as well!

Liked: The beds were so comfortable, there was an actual foam mattress as opposed to the wood we had gotten used to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC was great and was reasonably priced for the superb location (literally next to the Golden Temple). It was very quiet because it faced a park in the Golden Temple. There was no hot water, barely lukewarm. Other than that, it was perfect!
