Liked: good location right down from golden temple and taxis for the border big bed fan in toilet (choice for drying clothes as washing machines are like rocking horse shit in india)

Liked: very close to the golden temple, just 2 minutes walk, the hotel is clean and the stuff is very polite.

Disliked: we had one luxury room which was very good but the other standard one does not have a window, and even it was cleaned still some strange smell left inside. the stuff was very friendly and polite in contact, nevertheless they did not do what they promised. were supposed to put an extra bed to one of the rooms and didnt do it, even we asked several times, then at the end we just fit 3 person into one double bed and made complain in the morning - so they told us that we should remind again before going to sleep ... and we did not get any discount for that.
