Liked: The guy running the place is a nice enough chap and i found the restaurant was quite good too. The room I had on my second night was quite nice and clean (by usual Indian standards). I was happy enough with this room.

Disliked: My first night there I had to take the "back up" room. Room 105. This room was not up to scratch and to put it bluntly, it pong-ed

Liked: Room we booked was not up to our expectation, the lights were not functioning adequately - despite an electrician being called we upgraded for RPS300. This would have to be the most expensive room we used in all India! Nice spacious room, mosquito coil provided! Owner was polite and informative.

Disliked: Restaurant and food crap! Half an hour plus wait, order breakfast the night before!!!

Liked: Hotel Sakura in a isle of Peace in the middle of Agra's chaos ! The welcome was great and I've been offered a cup of tea as I was registrering. The room was as described. Clean and everyting worked ! The staff very friendly and helpful. Ashu, the owner, is very very helpful, his knowledge about India is great and he helped me to organise the rest of my trip which is going very very well. All the people and places he recommended are fantastic. Ashu has experience in traveling in India and abroad so he knows what travelers are looking for. Good luck to you all and special thanks to Vicky the rickwshaw wallah !

Liked: Well, the rooms were hot and the bathrooms were filthy-but, for the price, it's what I've come to expect in India. Also, I'm pretty sure that the restaurant gave me food poisoning. On the other hand, once I did get food poisoning, they were very helpful and conveniently had a very expensive doctor on hand. If I were to go back to Agra I would stay in one of the many hostels near the actual Taj Mahal- they have a bustling neighborhood surrounding them and lovely views- this place is on a dusty lot next to the bus station.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
