Liked: Very friendly staff - especially the manager, who was always ready to answer all my questions and carry out my requests.

Disliked: The facilities were somewhat run-down and the windows in my room were not resistant to the noise outside.

Disliked: The most dirty place I've ever slept in!!! The sheets were changed hmm... never? But the worst thing was a constant aweful smell in our room. Worst hostel ever. I would not recommend it to anyone. Don't go there.

Liked: The manager, he is so helpful, and such a genuine man! He went out of his way to help me, when most people wouldnt of cared.

Disliked: The place needs a proper clean! Its quite a depressing place to stay if I'm really honest.

Liked: Manager extremely helpful will go long distances to help you and different to others not trying to get money from you for this help.... rare thing in India..... Location 5 mins very cheap to all main sites of agra and train station..... Rooms as described ... really appreciated my stay.... Thanks alot

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
