The location of Budapest Hotel Charles is ideal: the city center with the shopping area, business world, historical buildings and tourist attractions are easy to reach. The hotel can be found on the Buda side of the capital, only a few minutes' walk away from Gellert Hill and not far from the Castle District. The bus stops right in front of the building and the second stop is already downtown Budapest with the famous Vaci pedestrian street. 70 rooms with TV, telephone, bath/wc and kitchenette.

Instead of regular rooms the hotel offers studios, which means the guests get to use beside the room, an entirely equipped kitchenette, as well as a nice bathroom with shower or bath-tub. Standard category as well as Deluxe Studios have been totally refurbished recently - the latter ones offer the comfort and elegant atmosphere of a four star hotel room.
The hotel has 70 studios, most double (with the possibility to add an extra bed or baby-bed), but there are triples as well. Guests can leave their cars in a safe place, in the closed courtyard of the hotel for a surcharge, but on the streets near the hotel they can also park free of charge.

At the reception staff speaks several languages and due to the wide variety of services offered, guests can feel at home even if they are far away from their own country: business travelers can use the xerox machine, the fax and the printer, they have free wi-fi Internet access all over the building or can rent a computer in the Business Corner, tourists who travel with their families or friends can request a highchair for children and can rent a bike.

In Janos Restaurant, located within the hotel building, guests are awaited by a rich buffet breakfast every morning, but the venue is also suitable for organizing business lunches, or having a nice dinner. Janos Restaurant offers way more than a regular hotel diner - food is exquisite and is accompanied by the best local wines.
