Liked: The desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was basic but ok and the location was also ok, not as accesible by walking as it sounds but easy to get around by tram.
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable and location wasn't as good as advertised

Liked: It's location, friendliness of the staff, state of the apartment we stayed in (not extremely special, but decent and with all necessary furniture etc.)
Disliked: Price/quality of the food in the restaurant, crowd during breakfast (which was served only until 10 A.M.)
