Liked: A really good atmosphere and they were very helpful in every way: I had problems getting there and made a phonecall, asking for help. And it was there immediately! Also a nice place to relax and good help with planning and arranging tours. My best recommendations to all of them - especially Edgar!!

Disliked: I was hoping for a hot shower ...

Liked: Handy for a trip to Tikal. Very good showers, lots of hot water. Internet is free if you're staying at the hotel.

Liked: Oh I loved everything! The staff was super....owner has a great sense of humor and very personable. They are extremely helpful and have any type of transport/tour service you could dream of, not to mention very economical prices. Also, the rooms are beautiful and clean..we got fresh towels everyday and there is a restaurant attatched with a wide menu, for any type of eater...at really great prices. If you are interested in visiting Flores or Santa Elena- STAY HERE!!!!

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Food was cheap.

Disliked: It is a bit far from anything - but nice for a relaxed walk along the lake.

Liked: Great location on the road to Tikal and a short walk from the lake which is great for a cooling swim in the afternoon. Front desk acts as a tour agency so it's very easy to organise trips to Tikal from here. Great restaurant upstairs! And we really loved the hammocks. :-)

Liked: It is located in a really mall villae halfway to Tikal. If you wanna get away from all this is the place to go.

Liked: clean and vast room, helpful staff, good tour service

Disliked: noisy because near the main road; thin walls, so if you have a family with young children as neighbors itt will not always be easy to get your sleep.

Liked: it was really cheap... great location right by the lake.. the staff were super friendly and were willing to help yo in anywhich way.. best vaule for money i have ever had and you had hot water... for 10 pounds a night you cant beat that.. also the hammock outside your door.. highly recommend

Liked: it is right next to the peten itza lake. very nice hotel, cheap breakfast, and theres a market inside the hotel area.its in a very peaceful place. close to everywhere.very safe
