Liked: This was a very nice hostel with a very sweet owner who made us coffee and biscuits for free and called us a tuk tuk every time we needed to get into town. They had proper hot showers all the time and a really nice garden to sit in.

Liked: The host was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: It was a bit out of town and required taking a Tuk Tuk

Liked: For such a busy city during Semana Santa, this hotel was very quiet and calm. The owner was very friendly. If you want to know about Panajachel and the surrounding area she is a knowledgeable and honest person to ask. It is more of a hotel, rather than a hostel, which was perfect for my friends and I, who were looking for a break from our work.

Disliked: The hostel was far away from the city centre. The walk was easy, but sometimes at night it was better to take a tuk-tuk back to the hotel (5 quetzales/ person)

Liked: A nice and clean property with HOT showers. Not in the city (10min walk) but a TucTuc gets you to the city for Q5 per person ! Nice & quiet place and very relaxed waking up.

Disliked: nothing
