Liked: Nice lake view and clean room

Disliked: A hot shower is not enough hot for the night use. It is located close to public beach, then music at lots of restaurants were played since early morning, while it was not a peak season.

Liked: maybe only the view on the lake from the level where my room was. Nothing else.

Disliked: The rest. Also with the price I had to struggle. It was Holy Friday, i.e. the peak of high season. But I had given this date (April 22nd) on my reservation through Hostelbookers and booked according to the price indicated, which is the one that Casa Ramos gave for that day to Hostelbookers. There was apparently a misunderstanding between the hotel and the booking managing Marvelus Travel Agency. First Casa Ramos canceled my reservation; but related to my protest and call to Marvelus Travel agency, instead of the 23,40 US$ (178 Guatemala Quetzales) written on Hostelbookers reservation they required then me to pay up to 300 quetzales! I remained firm... and at the end they let me have a room for the price agreed by Hostelbookers.

Liked: It's a really beautiful hotel, with view on the lake and really nice and clean rooms.

Disliked: No internet, no restaurant and quite expensive I think..

Liked: The rooms are big

Disliked: The View is flooded with cabels! The showers would Be Cold Most of the time and the staff is not too helpful

Liked: The rooms were spacious and beds were very clean and comfortable!

Disliked: No hot water or internet facilities, quite pricey considering the lack of facilities. The owner tried to overcharge us although I'm not sure whether this was on purpose (my Spanish isn't the best), but all was sorted out in the end.

Liked: It is a small hotel, not the coolest place but it's close to the lake and good value or your money.

Liked: I could see the wonderful view of the lake and mountains from the window of the room in which we stayed. The district that Casa Ramoz is rocated is very calm area and we could have a very good sleep at night. There was a television in the room and about hundred channel we could see. So we didn't miss the final of the men's singles the Australian Open Tennis that we had been eager to see.

Liked: The only thing I liked was the view of the lake which I paid the doubleprice for as a single person; although everybody on that floor had topass my window to enter and leave their rooms. So I had to hide theview with curtains.
