Liked: The location is ideal -- 2 blocks from Parque Central, 1 block from el mercado. The rooms are very clean, as are the bathrooms. The staff was very accommodating and helpful when approached.

Disliked: No wireless internet available, and given that I've lived in Central America for over a year, I am pretty accustomed to finding free internet in hostals that are significantly cheaper. My biggest issue, however, was the noise. The property is in a VERY noisy location, has businesses operating inside next to the guest rooms, and literally, you cannot sleep past 7 in the morning. There are better values in quieter locales in Antigua.

Liked: Very well located, great internet facilities, very clean good sized rooms. Could arrange tours and shuttles from the hotel

Liked: The upstairs rooms are beautiful but the downstairs rooms are very loud (because they all have large windows that open onto the hallway). Request an upstairs room if possible because they are the same price and it is a completely different experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: at times no hit water......no clock or radio...daily noise beginning at 5am...with large opening at top of door....insects (ants) in/on sink...had to ask for room to be cleaned and was told some tourist do not want room cleaned daily....remote for Tv inoperable...no room service (no restaurant)no sufficient place to hang clothing.....Value for the money (Very Bad)

Liked: one big problem, there are a lot of early morning tours and the staff/guests can be inconsiderate making alot of a noise from 4am
