Liked: its located in front of a grocery store, pool is alright.

Disliked: The bathrooms are horrendous!! small, no shower curtain, pipes smell really bad so the room smells like a sewer. not located near a beach, you have to take a bus everywhere. Staff are not friendly and looked at me weird when I wanted to switch room. I want to complain all the time but I don't want to be "that person". Its also located in front of a grocery store, but they wont let you use their non used kitchen, asking for plates and a knife seemed to be a big deal too. Very annoying. Shouldn't be called a hotel, should be called a hostel.

Liked: It was not right in the heart of Fira, but in location to Merissa, there was a supermarket accross the road, lots of eateries and a Merisa is a cute little town. Bus stops are close but we had a scooter and it was perfect. Pool is lovely and the bridge over the pool made for some fun backflips. Would recommend to all.

Disliked: The toilet seat had a crack in our bedroom, so everytime you sit on it, it would pinch your bottom. Haha will be fixed soon though Im sure.

Liked: Its was definitely cheap compared to any other hotel on the Island.Swimming pool was nice and they did offer pickup service from the port to the hotel.Free internet was a plus.

Disliked: Too small and clumsy rooms.The doors of our room were too small for the frame! Door lock was proper.Worst was the bathroom.Too small and clumsy.Hotel staff was average, not too friendly but ok.

Liked: Good place to stay short bus ride to town so you can actually sleep at night not like places in town, pool, nice blonde girl working at reception!

Liked: For a single traveller this was good value for money. The air conditioning is also very helpful. The room was clean and a good size.

Disliked: The fridge did not work and the bathroom was in need of a re-furbishment. It did not have a mounted shower rose.

Liked: We actually stayed there for four nights instead of our scheduled one because we liked it so much. The small town that the hotel is located in is nothing special, but it is central and very easy to get from any part of the island to and from the hotel. Almost every bus has a stop here, and so it is not required to go into the busy main bust station that is often confusing and packed. The staff was amazing, especially when we found ourselves unable to leave for an additional night, they found us some rooms and made us feel very welcome.

Liked: Nice hotel. Fantastic pool and bar area. Airconditioned, great bathroom. Very difficult to get down to the town and back if you are planning to walk, scooters etc can be hired. Very out of the way from everything (towns, beaches, tourist attractions). Great shuttle service to and from port/airport. Was a huge ordeal just to pay someone, had to pay in cash at the end because the person who could work the credit card machine wasnt there!
