Liked: the peacefull and quiet atmosphere, the friendliness of the owners, the nice pool, the most beautiful room and it is cleaned every day. The free pick up from the port. Now and then even a free meal! There is a good bakery and a big supermarket on 10 minutes walk

Disliked: nothing

Liked: The property is run by poppy and her family she goes out of her way to be helpfull in every way she can rooms are spacious all have balconies and very clean...tremendous value for money

Disliked: its not a dislike but to fully enjoy the island you do need transport we hired a scooter for the week and it was great.unless you really love walking. .

Liked: Poppy and he husband are great! We received lunch upon arrival and a free bottle of wine when we left. The location is great, only minutes walk from super market, bakeries and restaurants and a 25 minute walk from fira.. This hostel also has a beautiful pool and wonderful views of the island and ocean from your balcony.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Poppy, the hostess, goes out of her way to be helpful. Nice clean rooms with wifi, pool, breakfast, not too far from town, great for the price.

Disliked: Nothing. Maybe the shower, which was in a cubicle but only the bath fun took worked well.

Liked: The owner is kind & generous. She served me food for free on the first day of arrival and the night before I left. She gave a bottle of wine as present. And transfer me t o and fro the airport. Where do you think you can get this kind of service with that kind of price?

Disliked: The only flaw I can think of is the location..it's approx. 25 mins walk to the Fira Town. But if you like walking, that's not a problem at all because there's shops and trees along the way.

Liked: Great hospitality provided by the owners. We felt very welcomed and at home during our stay. They certainly went above and beyond. Distance from Fira is good, an even better idea is to hire a motorbike and the whole island is close!

Disliked: Carl left no negative feedback.

Liked: Poppy and her husband were great! So lovely and completely went out of their way to help us. Poppy even dropped us off at the port at 1am even though we had checked out that morning. They cooked us dinner when we for their and gave us a bottle of wine. The rooms are great, really big and very clean. Would absolutely recommend.

Disliked: Katharine left no negative feedback.

Liked: The owner Poppy is so nice! She always went above an beyond to make sure I was comfortable. One day when I wondered into the lobby she and her family were eating lunch at she had me sit down to enjoy the food as well! The pool is gorgeous, each room has a private balcony with lovely views, and you can not beat the price for a private room! This was much more like a hotel then a hostel in my opinion. Loved it here!

Disliked: It was a bit of a walk to Fira and there weren't always sidewalks.

Liked: Poppy and family were incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, safe, and the view was lovely! When we weren't sure how to get around the island, Poppy called a friend that owned a 4-wheeling/scooter rental store and got us set up with him. We didn't want to leave!

Disliked: Honestly, nothing. Although this place isn't RIGHT in "town" it is so easy to get to by bus, 4-wheeler, car, or scooter.

Liked: The price was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful.

Disliked: The property was just a little ways out of town. Not too far of a walk but if it's raining it feels like a long way. Best bet is to rent a car.

Liked: The owners are amazing. The property is a bit of a walk to Fira, but it's very enjoyable. You can also catch the bus to other parts of the island. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great.

Liked: The staff is amazing and soo nice! They picked us up from our ferry and dropped us off at the airport after our stay. The place is really nice.

Disliked: its about a 30 min walk from downtown

Liked: The villas are run by a husband and wife and they are really helpful for just about anything you want to know. They gave us a bottle of wine and some greek yogurt with homemade quince before we left, which was awesome!

Liked: Poppy and her husband are amazing! They picked us up and dropped us off at the port and even tracked our ship online and called the ferry company to confirm the actual time of departure, which had been changed to an hour after the time listed on our tickets (unbeknownst to us)...then made us lunch while we waited for our delayed ferry. It was ridiculously kind of them, and above and beyond what we expected! Also adorable rooms with lovely balconies and relatively spacious bathrooms :)

Disliked: The rooms were very humid after showers so everything felt a little damp. Also, it got very cold at night, even with the heater running and blankets on. To be fair, we visited in March, so most places we stayed in were equally cold--bring sweaters that you can wear to bed!

Liked: This is the best hostel/ hotel I have ever stayed at! Poppy and her husband were the nicest people in all of Greece. They picked us up from the port and droped us back at the port for free. Held our luggage and got us a rental car within 5 minutes. On our last day Poppy gave us a delicious FREE lunch. Her husband made us coffee in the morning. The facilities are gorgeous with views of the water from the room. The room was cleaned during our stay and very spacious. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who wishes to travel to santorini.

Disliked: Room was a little cold- but it was winter so not the hostels fault!

Liked: The couple who run the place are incredibly nice! - Our ferry to Santorini got cancelled so we had to reschedule our stay there but they rescheduled for us without any charge - Offered us free food whenever we went into the reception with a question - Helped us find a place to rent a car - Picked us up from the Ferry - Explained places to visit and where the places are located

Disliked: I visited with 2 other people so we booked a larger room. Because it was winter and the room was quite large, the one heater didn't quite provide enough heat.

Liked: I adored this place...Poppy made me lunches and dinners for free without me asking! She was absolutely so kind. They found a place to rent a vehicle for me and even drove me to my next hotel. They were just a pleasure to stay with and I really enjoyed the charming hotel meets bed-and-breakfast atmosphere.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing!

Liked: Everything! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful that we have come across on our 2 1/2 month journey. We went in winter so weather was cold but the pool looked so beautiful we would have loved to go in it. The location is great especially if you rent quads from Markos! A big thank you to Poppy for making us feel so welcome and at home!
