Liked: We just came back from Rhodian Sun hotel and we want to thank all the family and the staff ! Rhodian Sun is a lovely hotel !We had a great time ! The room was clean ! The food was delicious and during the day we were relaxing by the swimming pool !! They also provided us transfer from and to the airport ! We recommend this hotel to all kind of travellers !

Liked: Very kind and helpful personel. It is a very good hotel for the price.

Disliked: Do not expect too much from the breakfast, it´s a bit on the cheap-side, but it´s included so thats nice.

Liked: It was close to the airport for our departure and they run the free shuttle at any hour (we left at 4am)

Disliked: They did not clean our room during our stay and the breakfast was very very average

Liked: The staff was so friendly.. like we've never experienced before ! They even taught me to play pool. we would definatly go back even if it's just to see the staff again. The hostel itself was inexpensive and had everything you needed, nice pool, good food, breakfast and bar. We miss you and thank you for the Birthdaycake ! xx - Evil Twin -

Disliked: It was far away from the citycenter which made it hard to go out, although the staff gave us a free lift to the places we wanted to visit.

Liked: Facilities were great, it's very self contained with a restaurant, bar, lobby with wifi and even a pool to chill out at. But above all, I have to commend the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. They were extremely helpful, giving us lifts to the beach and the airport, and were lovely hosts.

Disliked: The location is not very central.

Liked: The staff at Rhodian Sun welcomed us at the very beginning with open arms and made us feel like home at the hotel. They helped us with anything we needed and made sure we had what we needed and wanted at all times. It was really a really nice hotel with a beautiful backyard and pool and nice dining area and bar. They even give you a ride to the airport when you are ready to leave. I would recommend this hostel to anyone who is coming to Rhodes it is really the best one I've ever stayed at!

Liked: extremely helpful family run hostel who go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. the pool is amazing!!! great work nikos! and their son george also works as a driver/tour guide if you would like to see the island and don't have your own car. he is patient and a careful driver who takes great pictures for you! a peaceful place excellent if you have your own vehicle or if you are going to the airport the next day!

Liked: Inexpensive. Away from the rush of the main town. Swimming pool, Breakfast. WIFI, very helpful and friendly. Transport to main town (20km) was very frequent.

Liked: the staff was excellent, they could not have done more for me, they completely made my stay, the pool was nice, there was free internet in the lobby, bar and restaurant on site, which is nice, b/c it's a mile to the closest town

Disliked: it's really far from Rhodes town, although it's close to the airport. No internet in the rooms, no tv in the rooms, shower does not have a curtain, no shampoo provided, have to pay double for a single room, mosquitoes

Liked: even though it was the end of the season and the pool was empty we have received a very warm welcome with local wine, olives, honey, zumo. It was a very familylike atmosphere with attention to an extensive breakfast accompanied by adorable little dogs (which the owner kept outside). Even in the living room the television station was on an international movie channel which original spoken movies. We got information on places to visit, renting a car and could use bikes (although biking is hard in the mountains !) We really recommend the place and people !

Liked: The owners are very friendly. The hotel is clean and simple. Indeed close to the airport which makes it a good location for short stays. I think the hotel offers great value for money.

Liked: Although the hotel doesn't usually do pickup/drop off at the ferry terminal, the owner's son took me for free because my ferry was leaving early at 7am. I was very grateful for this service and the fact I didn't have to catch a bus!! When I arrived and told them I didn't have a swim suit, they also offered to take me shopping for one so that I could use the pool, very helpful!The hotel was a little further from town than I was expecting and is set back from the road, so as a single female traveller I didn't feel very safe at night walking from the main road to the hotel, and was in fact followed by men on two occasions.

Liked: the breakfast was great, included in the price and actually proper continental rather than just toast like at many other places. The pool was great and the rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Bus links were also great, lots of buses to and from Rhodes town.
