Liked: the best thing about the hotel is friendly staff - they helped us a lot during the strike days. and then - excellent value for money: for 20 euros for 2 per day (low season in October) we got a big room with bathroom and kitchen

Disliked: nothing!

Liked: Very impressed by helpful and friendly staff. It is great going to a hotel where people really care about you and it was evident here. Very good value for the money! Highly recommend!

Disliked: Bathroom was small but they are throughout Greece.

Liked: Awesome value. Great staff. Clean. Modern. Lots of restaurants, beaches and little shops all along the strip it sits on. The outdoor bar that's attached to the hotel is great too, with the best bartender I've ever met. Great quality / value drinks as well.

Disliked: If you want to go into Rethymno, you'll need transportation. Though, if you're in Crete, you should get a car or bike anyway. So much to see! Make sure you at least visit Preveli Beach (South of hotel), Chania (West), and Elafonisi Beach (SouthWest).

Liked: Clean, good room and big swimming pool.

Disliked: We had to check out early and wanted to pay cash. The reception did not have a float of money so could not offer us change. Their card system was broken so we could not pay by card. We had a tight schedule, so we had to leave extra cash and just go. Very frustrating really when you work hard to save money here and there and just throw a bunch away due to poor services.

Liked: Excellent central hotel and easy to find.[I knew where it was as have been to Platanes before] Free internet access for guests,nice rooms including a toaster,good friendly staff,air con extra.
