Liked: Location, Location Location. Everything you might want to see in the city is really near, although the city is not that big either. Be advised, this is hotel no a hostel, so a there is not a lot of additional services.

Disliked: The showers could use some curtains and shelves. A little expensive for a single room with shared shower and toilette.

Disliked: Planed takinh off from the airport at night were noisy - a problem all nearby hotels will suffer from.

Liked: I would like to recommend hotel mirabello to anyone goes to Heraklion Crete because of the amazing location, the helpful friendly staff,the great value for money,the excellent atmosphere and the very very clean rooms.I have been there 3 times with friends and we really enjoyed our stay .We will be back...

Liked: Hotel Mirabello was the best hotel we were in all Europe.We also stayed in other hotels in Crete but this was amazing.This place is right in the town so you can go anywhere you like.The value of the money is great you can't find better and the rooms very nice and very cleal.The owners a very nice family were allways ready to help us and they were very friendly to us.We will be back for sure and we highly reccommend it to everyone!

Liked: Arriving at 1.30 a m it was reassuring to see it looking well lit, clean and tidy. the lift was welcome, everything was neat and clean and the staff very helpful.

Liked: very nice staff. We spent a night at the hotel and then left heraklion. On our last day in crete (4 days later) we left our bags at the mirabello hotel even though we weren't spending the night there. The nice man at the desk did not accept any money for keeping our bags.
