Arrival by Car from Corfu town & Port

Distance 12 km 15-25 min approx

Turn RIGHT and follow signs to airport, pass the airport to your left and stay on the main road to South Corfu.. Look for signs to LEFKIMMI. After 7 km approx TURN LEFT following signs to LEFKIMMI. Benitses village is 5 km after that.

Upon entering Benitses village:
On your left you pass the yacht marina keep going straight pass the hotel potamaki on your right keep going straight and on the sea side on your left you pass feng shui, the first small road on your right leads you to Benitses Arches


Arrival by car from the airport

Distance 11 km / 15-20 minutes approx

Exiting the airport turn left, keep going straight and stay on the main road to South Corfu.. Look for signs to LEFKIMMI. After 6 km approx TURN LEFT following signs to LEFKIMMI. Benitses village is 5 km after that.

The picturesque village of benitses is situated 12 km south of Corfu Town, almost in the middle of Corfu island.

The mild climate and the natural beauty of the village had already attracted a lot of tourists from the beginning of the century.

Recent archaeological excavations have brought to light the ruins of an old Roman thermal public baths still in good condition. Main occupation of the inhabitants was fishing. the cultivation of citrus crops, as the location was full of citrus trees, olive-oil production and in the operation of water mills on the mountainous part of the village.
