Liked: Low cost and included breakfast and wifi. Location is close (within comfortable walking distance) to the major sites, but the surrounding neighborhood is run-down and single travelers may not feel safe walking the area at night. The street remains noisy for much of the night, so some may have a hard time sleeping if noise is a problem.

Liked: Friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable and helpful staff

Disliked: Location was ideal for tourist access, however overt drug dealing and prostitution was off putting.

Liked: It's really close to centre of the city and you can walk to the most interesting place.

Disliked: The breakfast is huge and there is big choice, but the quality of products is no so good.

Liked: All areas of the hotel were of a good appearance, including the reception, lifts, corridors, the lounge & separate bar & dining room. Our twin room was two double beds in a pleasant room. The breakfast was reasonable at €6 & staff helpful & polite.

Disliked: The street is two near the red light district, but so are all the hotels in that area. Not a good place to walk around at night.

Liked: All of Athens is a bit sketchy, but during the day it was fine around here. The staff was helpful and it was pretty cheap.

Disliked: The internet was a euro for a half hour...and it was so slow that you could barely send one email within the half hour.

Liked: the location is close to downtown, with metro is nearby. the bed is very big!

Disliked: the facilities is pretty old, and that area do not looks that safe, especially for young girls.

Liked: I recommend this hotel, although I guess not everybody likes a neighbourhood where prostitutes stand on the corner.

Liked: This is a really clean, nice hotel with friendly staff - however the area that it is located in is very interesting. As long as you don't mind sharing the streets with prostitutes and druggies then this place is fine. I wouldn't recommend it for females travelling alone as the area is just too unsavoury.

Liked: Very good value for money, where it ended up costing even less than a youth hostel with great 3 star accomodation and a full american buffet breakfast
