Location Information

Just four minutes walk from Syntagma square, where is the Parliament and the National Garden and few minutes away from Plaka area. The Acropolis, museums, the National Gallery are all in short and pleasant walking distance. Modern shops, souvenir shops and tavernas are all in the area.

From the airport you can reach the hotel by metro by changing lines in the station D. Plakentias, towards Egaleo, and then get off at Syntagma Station. From there and within 3 minutes you will reach Achilleas Hotel, by taking Karageorgi Servias Street and then turn right on Lekka Street. The hotel is located on your left side.

From the airport you can also take a cab. The ride is approximately 50 minutes –depending on traffic. You can also take the Express X95 bus which will take you directly to Syntagma Square, with very few stops in between.

From the port of Piraeus you can take a cab, the bus (Line 040 Piraeus-Syntagma) or the train by changing in Monastiraki, towards D. Plakentias, and get off at Syntagma Station.

If you are driving, kindly be reminded that parking spaces are extremely limited in downtown Athens. However, there are several parking garages, where you can leave your car and be charged by the hour, day or week.
