Liked: There wa wifi in the room. That was the ONLY good part of this hotel. The ONLY thing...

Disliked: There is nothing 3 star about this hotel. This place was a DUMP! The bedspread had holes in it from cigarettes. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. There was NO hot water and the shower was so small, I couldn't fit in it--- and I'm 5'0" & 100 pounds. The bed was 2 twin beds pushd together... each had sperate sheets. I don't even want to know that a 1 star place would be like if this is a 3 star. If you have to stay here, don't bother coming to Athens. Terrible!!!

Liked: A block from the metro line. Great rooftop bar. Simple breakfast included (coffee, breads, cheese, toast, cereal). Free use of computer in lobby.

Disliked: Really small restrooms. Never able to shower without getting the entire restroom floor wet.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and located just a couple of minutes walk from a metro station, which took you into central Athens quite quickly.

Disliked: The noise! My room prevented noise coming from the traffic outside very well indeed but it was the noise inside the hotel which was a problem every night... the room doors bang when people close them and the marble floor and stair surfaces mean footsteps are louder than normal. In addition, the breakfast and cleaning staff spoke loudly and made loud noises going about their work early in the morning. The hotel was safe in the sense that there was always a staff member at reception looking after the room keys but it would be a lot safer if it had a buzzer system to stop people walking in off the street.

Liked: Central location and excellent help and advice at reception. Free use of internet downstairs.

Disliked: Basic facilities in rooms ie very small shower area, no tea/coffee making.

Liked: It was easy to get to via the metro... It has free WIFI and air conditioning... The Breakfast was SUPER! The Roof top resturant was also very nice and has a great view of things...

Disliked: Not much nearby in the way of shops and things... you have to take the metro to the more touristy areas! They have these leaf lets for landry at the desk. It ended up costing me 20 euros for Laundry and that was Frick'n insane! Taxi's to the place are also very expensive.... 22 euros from the x95 to the hotel door.... It's only 3 metro stops!

Liked: The Swiss hostess was very help with booking ferry tickets, directions and for even places to go in our other travels. Wifi was available in our room. Great roof top view of the acropolis. Close to all major tourist areas, metro station and grocery store and pharmacy.

Disliked: One walking area to close to acropolis was covered with addicts and drug dealers but as was told by the hostess we stuck to the main streets and always travelled by metro and not by bus in the early morning and late @ night.

Liked: GREAT value! Definately more of a hotel feel than a hostel feel. Location is great, right beside a metro station. Free wifi! The staff was amazing, helped us out with our ferry tickets since the strike was going on.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: A clean, up to date hotel facility, Breakfast was an exceptional value served with boiled eggs, cereal, fresh breads with butter, sweeet jams, honey, cheese, ham, sliced peaches, whipped cream, fresh hot coffee, tea and orange juice. Breakfast served in a clean separate dinning room each morning. The Receptionist was friendly, kind and concerned individual for the needs guest in the hotel by offering and providing help based on individual need. I hadan ear infection and was bed ridden for four days. The Receptionist noticed my illness and suggested to buy appropriate medication in a near by pharmacie. I followed her advice, paid less tha four Euros for local Greek liquid ear drops, and by using these ear drops and two more days of rest I became well.In short the Receptionist is a wll informed, knowledgeable individual.Thomas Profis, Athens, Alabama, USA
