Liked: It provided a bed for a tired traveller

Disliked: It provided what i paid for - no more or less. So no surprises on arrival as it was pretty much what i expected.

Liked: Close to Piraeus if you arrive late at night from the islands.

Disliked: taxi drivers from the port, at night they try to charge 15 euros or more, and it is no more than 8

Liked: Friendly staff, the people at the front desk were always very nice about any question we had about the hotel or places to go in the city. The rooms were clean with a/c and wifi.

Liked: It's easy for taking an early ferry in the morning. That's it.

Disliked: Sub par cleanliness, service, and bathroom. I don't understand the policy that a lot of hotels have where you must leave your key at the desk and then retrieve it with no ID or name. Seems very insecure. Area around hotel was terrible.

Liked: Directions to hotel were excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Ideal for an overnight stop at Pireaus.

Liked: Really cheap, well situated if you need to go to the piree to take the ferry.

Liked: It was close to the port and bus terminal, about 15 minures walk, 5 minutes in a taxi. Easy enough to find and perfect if you need somewhere for a night.

Disliked: I had no view from my balcony (room 16) and the balcony was used as an ashtray!

Liked: Close location to the port and offered a free transfer. Close to bus station which had an express bus to the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful to get most of the Athens experience. Would recommend to anyone needing a night or 2 before heading off the Islands.

Disliked: Rooms are very cosy.

Liked: It was very close to the port! Great for a 6am ferry to the Greek Islands! The bar was great to meet people!

Disliked: Our mattress smelt like cigarettes and the bathroom was small, but what bathroom in europe isn't tiny!

Liked: The location is strategic (easy access by walking to Pireaus station heading to Athens). The owner is very friendly and helpful (he helped me with the city tour). The price is good when your stay for more than 1day.

Liked: Hostel close to the port which is useful for going to or coming back from the Greek Islands. Instructions to get there were not very clear though, I recommend asking for a pick-up at the port (we weren't charged). Depending which gate you arrive at at the Port, it can be a very far walk.Breakfast not worth the price (they promote breakfast by saying you have a guranteed ride to the port the next morning but they probably offer this service without the breakfast, worth checking that out before saying yes to breakfast!)Rooms are clean and comfortable. Not a great hostel to meet people though.

Liked: Good location for people who are heading out to the islands. super close to the port. The hostel even has a shuttle system if you dont want to walk to the port early in the morning (even though it is no more then a 15min walk).

Liked: Very good location! Only a 10 minute walk from the port. Not the fanciest of hotels, but was okay for one night. If you have to catch an early ferry, def stay here.

Liked: Excellent location for the port. If you buy their breakfast in the morning they give you a free transfer to the port. If you are coming from the islands they offer free pick up from the port. They were also very helpful giving detailed instructions on how to get to their hotel from the airport.
